Angela's Computer & Media Shoppe

While traveling on business in the area I suddenly had difficulty connecting to the internet with my laptop. I spent over an hour on the phone with my wireless carrier, and then more time with the local computer repair shop back home. After trying a number of fixes neither of them could solve the problem, and my work was at a standstill. I was referred to Angela, so I gave her a call and she allowed me to drop by immediately. It took her about 10 minutes to sort things out and get me online again so I could get back to work. She even followed up the next day to make sure things were going smoothly. I told her she was my new best friend. She saved my week and I highly recommend her.

Angela came to my rescue over 4 months ago when she took my aging computer home then called me with the verdict : You need a new computer David. Well after a 3 month hiatus from home due to surgery, I returned home on January 13th and asked her to price a new one for me. She got me a great deal and today, January 31st, she came and spent 2 1/2 hours installing it for me. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. I am SUPER pleased with Angela and her service. My business had grown to the point where I desperately needed to replace my laptop with a desktop. Angela had done work on my laptop for me last year and did a great job so I reached out to her to get advice and found out that she actually rebuilds desktops. She had one right there at a fantastic price and I grabbed it (The price was so ridiculously competitive I won't even post it here All I have to say is call her first). I've now been using my system for almost a week and I love it It is super fast and came with the full licensed operating system plus she helped me set it up virtually. Thank you Angela!
